  🐾 When will my box ship?
  All boxes will ship the first week of July. You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as it leaves Pommy HQ!

  🎁 Can I send this as a gift?
  Absolutely! During checkout, you can enter the recipient’s name and address. Want to include a gift message? Just leave a note at checkout — we’ll handwrite a card for you free of charge!

  🐶 Is this box only for Pomeranians?
  It’s made with Pomeranians in mind (of course!), but it’s also great for any small breed pup who loves plush toys and soft treats. All items are sized for tiny mouths and tiny paws.

  🔄 Can I return or exchange my box?
  Because this is a limited-edition preorder, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged. But if there’s an issue, please email us right away — we want you and your Pom to be 100% thrilled with your Pommy in Paradise Box.
